CT-40 is ideal solution for precisely positioning rigid box corners and applying heat sensitive thermal tape. Corner tapping process is automated and production time is significantly reduced. The vertical walls of rigid box are aligned precisely at 90° in the machine and quickly applied with thermal tape to produce a high quality solid joint. This is essential for producing quality rigid boxes. Machine is very easy to learn and very operator friendly. The width of the thermal tape is 19 mm and length is adjustable from 10 mm to 35 mm as per box requirement.
